  1. How Do I Know This Is Legit?

    • No title company will organize a sale for our property if this was not legitimate. We will ONLY close with a local title company and you will have title insurance. We encourage you to have your attorney or real estate agent contact us directly if need be. Whatever we have to do to make this a comfortable, seamless transaction for you, please let us know. We have been buying and developing land for over 20 years. Our reputation is important to us. We always have a real person in our office to speak to you.

  2. Can I Go Visit The Property Before I Make a Purchase?

    • Absolutely, you have permission to walk the property. Please feel free to visit the property at your convenience prior to making your purchase. We will provide a property report with GPS coordinates, maps, and driving directions on each property. If you need more assistance locating the property, we are happy to assist.

  3. Will Someone Drive Me or Meet Me At The Property?

    • Due to the nationwide span and the remote locations of our properties, we are not able to drive you or meet you at a property. However, you are welcome to visit the property you are interested in at any time that’s convenient for you. The street address, GPS coordinates, and directions are included in our property report. Feel free to contact us should you need additional assistance locating a property.

  4. Are There Any Liens On The Property?

    • No, we guarantee clear title on all of our properties. We do an extensive in-house title search, and we will use a local title company for the closing. The title company will not coordinate the closing if there is a lien on our property. You will also have title insurance. We guarantee that you will not get stuck with a property with delinquent property taxes, delinquent HOA dues, or title issues. You will receive the property title free and clear.

  5. Can I Buy from You Even If I Don’t Live In The State The Property Is In?

    • Yes! You can purchase a property no matter where you live. We’ve even had buyers from other countries purchase land from us. You don't have to come to the state for the closing. The title company will send you all documents electronically or by mail.

  6. How Do I Qualify For Seller Financing?

    • We have no lengthy pre-qualification process, no credit checks, and no red tape. If you can pay the down payment and are comfortable with the low monthly payments, you can purchase land from us using seller financing. Is it too good to be true? Here's our process, simple and transparent - We both will sign a land contract and get it notarized. We hold the deed to the property while you are financing the land as collateral for your note. When it is paid in full, we transfer the deed to you at that time. Simple. Affordable. Transparent.

  7. How Do I Purchase A Property?

    • Once you’ve decided on the right property, you can purchase the property by paying in full in cash, or flexible monthly options. If you’d like to purchase via another method, please feel free to contact us for a trading payment option. We are open to trading our land for your land or working vehicles.   8. What Happens After We Sign The Purchase Agreement?

    • Here is what the purchase process is like: Once you have chosen the property that you would like to purchase, we'll ask for your contact details and use that information to generate your purchase agreement. You'll open the email and have the option to sign your purchase agreement electronically in a few simple clicks. We both sign the purchase agreement and give it to the title company. You make the down payment/earnest money deposit directly to the title company within 3 business days. The title company will start the closing process. This process takes about 2-3 weeks, so be on the lookout for an email from the title company with the closing documents. Congratulations - you are now a landowner! Finally, the title company will send you copies of your documents and property information. You can save these copies for your records and show your friends and family as you tell them about your new land purchase! One thing our customers love is that they don't have to wait until the land is paid off to start building on or developing their new properties - the property is yours to build (within the county and/or HOA regulations, of course) as soon as you pay the balance to 50%.

  9. How Do I Make My Monthly Payments?

    • We will send you an invoice every month. You can set up auto payments from a bank account, credit card, or debit card. We can also accept other types of payment methods such as cashier's check, wire transfer, Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. You can always pay the balance off in full anytime with no pre-payoff penalty.

  10. How Much Is Closing Cost?

    • It all depends on the price of the property and if you prefer title insurance over a letter report. Expect to pay between $300 and $900 for closing costs.

  11. How Come It States Revoked Under Your Company Status?

    • You are looking up the wrong Greene Developers LLC. We are a New York State registered LLC . We do have a second office in Henderson, Nevada but we are not affiliated with the Greene Developers, LLC in Las Vegas Nevada which has the revoked status. That is a totally different organization. We will ONLY use a local title company to sell our property and no title company will organize the sale for our property if our LLC status was revoked. Our LLC's status is active and up to date.
